How do you find the best and most effective hashtags. Is there any way or service that can tell the search amount or at least the popularity of certain hashtags in a given niche? How do you guys do it

On the Instagram app itself you can see how many posts each hashtag have, that is a good indicator for their overall popularity, but it does not reveal trending hashtags. Anyway, hashtags brings you very little exposure, unless you can dominate some 100M+ tags for hours.

I don't think it's about the popularity but rather put yourself in your audience's shoes.
Will they actually even check posts that are ranked on this hashtag?
