How to find really high authority/trust/pr links

I've been struggling to find really high PR/authority/majestic trust flow links. I'm talking about links from established websites with DA50+, PR5+, Trust Flow +30 or something similar. One problem some providers seem to have that I'm promoting foreign websites. But if anyone knows good source please PM me.

Forgot to mention, that yes, I'm serious and not looking for $20 links. I understand that with real quality comes real prices.
 
Bait. Link bait.

Post a hell of a long post with videos, images, charts and all about "best places to find X outside of (your country). Now cover all of these websites. Hit them up on twitter/FB/contact page and ask a few questions. Now you can cite them and when the post is up, let them know and ask for help (social shaers etc). Some of them might even link to you. Who knows..

Poor man's journalism. But it works.

Is hard to say but there are mainly two ways: the legit way (content creation, reaching out for partnerships, etc, etc) then there is the more seo realistic way (contact sites and get your link in there by paying). In any case you will need to have a pretty decent budget
 
Social engagement is essential. If a website has frequently updated content that is popular, with folks share it on the Facebook, twitter, Google plus, along with commenting. This is the good indicator the community trust the site.
 
It's finance/loan niche and sites are affiliate sites so it's pretty hard to figure any content in my language that anyone would care. It's hard always, but in this situation it's kind of impossible to get legit/natural links :/
