How to find profile that allow HTML?

I think he is asking if there is a way to find only profiles that allow HTML comments so they can post html comments, since some people disable HTML comments. Unless they add this as some kind of feature to FriendBlasterPro or some other friend adder I dont think there is a easy way to do it.
