How to Find Pages with decent PR

Hi, I'm a noob here and I was wondering is there any way to find ******** pages with good PR? I mean, it's easy to find site with good PR, but a PR 4 site usually have PR N/A in their pages, so if I comment in one of those pages it means I only had PR N/A backlinks right?
Is there any method to find pages with decent PR.. It's very rare..
