How to find out email adress

Hello,

during the login on one of my Instagram account I have notice " suspicious login attempt " and I got one option to send recovery code to my email adress.

The problem is I don't know exact email adress, I know password but not the adress, it only shows

"SEND SECURITY CODE TO EMAIL :c******o@s*****.cz

Do you have trick how to find out instagram adress ?

This is "your" Instagram account and you don't know what the email address is? Riiiight

It's possible, if you're running 100s of accounts and arent organized, it's a good chance you might not be aware of which email account is associated with that particular account.

Thats why being organized is key. On the other hand, if you just have no clue what the email address is and never did.. that could definitely be an issue.

Well you do have the password, right?
If so you can also login directly with your instagram username or phone-number, go to Edit Profile and scroll down to find the "email" you wanted hehe
 
If you bought that account and you didn't create it yourself it's probably a stolen account and that is the email of its original owner.
If that's the case simply move on as there's pretty much nothing you can do about it.

He can't login to the account to edit profile, because he's at checkpoint at the login.

Yes because it requires email verification and I just said that if you don't know what the email is then the account can't be unlocked, consider it gone.
 
I'm not able to edit profil, the verification pop up after login. Account is main, I know email password, but not the whole adress

Try logging in from a IP (proxy) that it has been logged in before, then it won't trigger this suspicious login attempt.
Because this does sound like exactly that.
 
I'm using only mobile device and notebook, not any proxy. I have only 5 accounts.
