How to find most profitable adsense pages?

Hi

I have a site with over 600 pages and I would like to know which ones are bringing in the most adsense clicks/revenue, I could use url channels in adsense but I can only have 500 so wouldn't be able to track all 600 pages. is there a better way to get this info?
