How to find leads?

If you are writer you can check marketplace here or use some freelancer sites.

how is that related?
Let me elaborate: thread was created in the section "Copywriting & Sales Persuasion".
OP asked the ways to find more clients.
I assumed OP was the writer who was looking for some writing jobs.
No?
In this case I think OP should update the thread to avoid misleading.

Go with your book to the publisher) e-books are difficult to promote, especially for beginners. And the publisher and its agents will help you find leads. It's expensive, long and difficult, but what emotions after selling your first book)
If you are not a writer, but a copywriter, then you just need to fulfill a lot of orders on freelance. In 3 months you will easily find your own personal and regular client, who will recommend you to other customers.

There are multiple ways:

- LinkedIn. FollowingLinkedIn copywriting groups and promoting yourself as such.
- Freelance websites such as Upwork, Fiverr, ContentFly, and Copywriters Dot com.
- Running ads on social media/AdWords can be profitable, but the CPC is probably really high.

It really depends on what you are selling. If you are in B2B then linkedin sales navigator but if you are in B2C Tiktok may be a good channel for you

Best way to find leads that will give best results is running a paid campaign in Google Ads or Linkedin Ads or Facebook Ads or Twitter Ads , etc. And offer something of value for free in an ebook while collecting the leads , such as "To download our free ebook about ...... " and ofcourse do it in a compliant way , so they know they are subscribing to be contacted by email , etc.

If you're selling B2B, cold emailing with custom loom videos for prospects has worked really well for me.
