How to find keywords?

Is there a way to find keywords other than using google keyword planner and sitting here to figure out which niche I would like to get into? Is there a tool that can generate a keyword for me that's low in competition and searched several thousand times that I could just start a niche site on?

Just use your common sense OP. Just a simple Google search of "free keyword research tool online" will solve your problem out. :P

Forget keywords with low competition. Competition is the best of things because it allows you to enter the market. Keyword tools often put out skewed data. Niches are all over the place. See what is hot in magazines. New products appear in there first. Study the magazine titles at your book store. Magazines rely on external advertising to support them and keep them in business. If the advertising was not making money, they wouldn't be spending ad dollars. Looking at sub niches of main niches. For example: Fishing -- carp fishing (sub niche) -- Bass Fishing (Sub niche) -- Fly fishing (Sun niche) Here is another example: Main niche (weight loss) -- - atkins diet (sub niche)
Niche markets are all over the place. Check The trends on Google etc to come up with ideas.

If you are looking for a Free one you SEMrush would be good... but if you can afford paid tool go with the LongTailPro this is best one for keyword research.
OR even something like proranktracker-- I have been using SEMrush lately though and I think its pretty accurate.

Google Adwords and probably Google Suggest are the best methods to find keywords.

Semrush is a great tool to help you get started, it gives you the competition, number of monthly searches, a list of relevant keywords for the niche you are looking for and much more, I recommend using that to research your keywords.

Try Semrush tool.. It will give you tons of keyword at the same time can check many keywords competition at a time than other tools.
