So 'pimples on nose' would be the new keyword. You would put this term in the keyword search box and see what comes up to drill down further in to that niche. You can also choose to group similar terms when using the Google keyword tool that finds keywords similar to your initial keyword. You would then keep drilling down until you found a keyword with reasonable search volume and manageable competition to proceed with.

Look at related searches or pages. Check the titles of pages with your keyword for clues on other good words in your niche

Don't worry I won't use your keyword! Well I'm not entirely sure what is it your looking for but if you head over to yahoo answers or men's / woman's health you will find hundreds of topics related to and similar to 'pimples on nose' under the broad umbrella of the health niche. Good luck.

google keyword tool is of no use to me... :(
it does not show good keywords....

I know one Long tail Keyword (say for example :: pimple on nose cure) if I enter that long tail keyword I get 6000+ local search volume each month

but If i enter 'nose' in google adword tool i get result keyword list with less than 30/50 search volume. when I enter my long tail keywords then the search volumne is very high

my long tail keywords are not displayed when i enter root keyword.

why so that way it difficult to find real keywords....

    I use my adword account
