Have their URLs plugged on SEMrush , Ahrefs (Paid ).

A free way would be using the popular Google's Keyword Finder .

I prefer Ahrefs as it gives data with no GEO restrictions onlike SEMrush.

You can further your Research with KWfinder as I find it the most trusted and accurate.

Ahrefs dificulty lately would make keywords really cheap/easy to work with but in reality it's not.

Keyword Reveler is a good tool to check it. SEMRush, Ahrefs and all SEO tool has this option. You can use SEO Quake extension also.
