What do you guys suggest as the best tool to see if a site is a do follow blog? I tried downloading, SEO toolbar but i dont see anything about do follow on here?

I use a plugin called "seo status" for firefox (at least I think that's the name, not on my comp right now...) and it works like a charm...

It will highlight all the nofollow links on a page, so you can generally tell if comments etc are going to be do follow or not...

There is a plugin for firefox called NoDoFollow which highlights all the links on a page and tells you which one they are.

Download the firefox plugin SEOquake. I live by it, and i dont know how i would live without it. Gives you the PR , Do/Dont follow, whois, traffic, how much its worth, keywords, link density and a whole load of other things just by seeing the link or being on the site.

GO GET IT!
