How to find high ticket clients

I love in a town in England where I don't think businesses could afford services that cost $1000 + a month so is it possible for me to close deals on the phone for businesses in larger towns and cities such as London?

also, almost all businesses only have 1 -3 mostly positive ratings which aren't suitable for my potential ORM service.

or what else can I do?

I don't think that I can find high ticket clients on that website but thanks anyway.

For high ticket clients think: doctors, dentists, pediatricians, chiropractors, lawyers, attorneys, consultants, contractors.
