I am trying to build high PR profiles backlinks to my site.

Can you guys share your method of finding high PR sites that have do follow profile?

But how can I find those sites myself? Using some SEO software will help?

There are many High PR sites out there. you can get back-links from sites having PR up-to 7 for free by submitting some audio into audio sharing websites.
Some websites also offer you up-to 7 PR page back-link for giving charity.

you can get high quality back links by giving testimonials on high quality websites. I read a great guide on backlinko that had upto17 unorthodox sources for getting high ranked backlinks. These three are the tips extracted from that.
