I want to do blog commenting but I got a problem, I don't know how to find high PR blog POSTS.

Get the seo quake plugin for firefox, do a search on G for "keyword phrase" blog or "keyword phrase" commentluv. Set your results page to 100 results in the advanced settings of the G search. Slow down your seo quake plugin to 2 seconds between each query. Request the PR by clicking the question mark next to PR in the seo quake display that pops up at the top of the search results. Wait for all the results to come back, scroll to the bottom and when you see the last question mark change to a number or n/a you know it's done. Then sort in order of PR by clicking the up or down arrow next to PR in the seo quake bar that appears at the top of the search results.

That will sort every result by PR and when you click through to the individual blogs check that the comments are viewable on that page without clicking through to another one, and make sure to have the setting checked in seo quake that puts a line through nofollow and noindex links so you can see if the blog will pass PR onto you through your link. You can do that by right clicking on the seo quake icon that will appear at the bottom right of your browser window after you've installed the plugin.

A little time consuming, but worth the effort for long lasting results. Comment on a decent blog like that and you might get 30 incoming links if the blog is set up correctly.

you can also try comment kahuna and do follow blog finder.
