How to find high pagerank auto approve blogs

I'm lost on how to extract the blog links after I get run link extractor.

I scrape 80k URLS, when I filter out Duplicated URLs & DOMAINS I'm left with 2500 urls,... is this normal...

Should I just Comment on all those 80k urls to check if they approve me ? (AA)
or on the filtered results?

I am following the steps here.. I scraped about 3k for testing and got 0 result. What seems to be the problem? I also tested in Blog Engine and still I am not getting any single successful post. I'm hopeless. I wish you could help me.
