that happens when you don't put the exact term that it's on google. deep links may not work since it's not exact among others. for example if on google your url is http://www.isuck.com and you put in http://isuck.com, it will not find a match!

i'll stick with Rank Tracker. Great results.

A lot of these free tools, like Rank Checker FF addon, sometimes count the google adwords too, which gives you a false ranking.
