any hosting have curl enabeled
if not enabled ask your hosting service to enable it for u
i use vps hosting so i don't have proplem with any plugins, cause i enable what i need in what time i decide
but much $$$

What do you mean by full rss feed? If you need full content of the articles in it try to check your competitors, perhaps it's possible to find sources feeds by copypasting the phrases in quotas + xml or rss using google search If you mean not full structure of XML just use RSS aggregation script that allows to form XML structure useful for wp-o-matic plugin from feeds you have.
