When a web 2.0 expires it presents a certain error message.
Search for that message in quotes.
"This Tumblr site has been removed because of X and Y"
(That's just an example I don't know what the Tumblr removed message is.)
Filter google by last week or last month results. You'll get fresh expired or banned web 2.0's. The only work you have to do is copy some common error messages and search for those errors on google itself.

Course it works! The error messages are initially indexed until they disappear. If you filter by date you see all the fresh expired 2.0's.

Don't be lazy and start searching the footprints, there are at least 100 threads about this topic. Get a scrapebox, it's what $40, I think anyone can afford that and use that for scraping with public proxies, which you will scrape via scrapebox itself. Doing this manually is absolutely pointless and you will barely find anything of use.

Why don't you create fresh 1 and then build authority around them, as IMO you can't use scrapebox at the moment (due to $$), so just start out fresh and make it powerful by sending all sort of links to it.

Nope, I just purchased it 5-6 days ago and I have mixed feelings. Do I think it's worth the money? ($67) - Yes.
However, it does take a lot of effort and has a bit of a learning curve, it does have many, many tools however so in the future I see it being a worthwhile investment.

If you don't invest then you need to invest your time. And there is no warranty you will get any good expired web 2.0 by searching manually. I would prefer to invest $67 rather then investing 10-20 hours or more here.

You can use scrapebox to find the web 2.0 but it takes long time to filter list again and again.If you have good vps and proxies then you can make it fast

To get a good list of web 2.0 with high PA of 50+ can be achived with some money investment n time investment as it requires Scrapebox/Gscraper with vps n proxies...if you looking only few for Ur rank influence just hit me up I can help you...if you panning to build a tiny army for yourself then go with the tools or above methods of our members.... good luck..
