I bought a email it's a mail.ru email some time ago and now I got in problem with login and I've contacted support but to recover the email they are asking me for the name and birthday, the guy from which I bought the email is no longer in contact and I don't know name and birthday and I've tried nearly all everything from reverse email lookup from searching on Google, yandex, etc but I can't find it. I have setuped 2fa authentication but the support is asking me for the real name and birthday how do I find? Please help me

They are probably made with a bot with random names and DOBs.
There is no way to know unless you made the account and made a record of it.
