I find my competitor everytime use different resources to do do-follow links only with 250 new domains and each month they changed new resource. So I got 2 questions:

1. Does a group of resources can not use for the same keywords for long time, and should change keywords monthly as a seo strategy change?
2. How to find new link building resource with do follow links only?
