There is no easy way...

Generally speaking you need to harvest huge lists and then test them. A good point to start is to buy Scrapebox, in my opinion this is the best tool that you can use for this.

Scrapebox is the way to go or either just buy a list from another blog comments seller.

Yes, ScrapeBox is the answer. You can search it on this forum.

I suggest you search blogs that have high traffic despite it is nofollow to leave comment. Building relationship with readers is the main purpose.

It will show you your niche related sites to put backlinks. Although you have to do some more work finding good sites.
But using this tool will be a easy start.

@OP: You can find many methods how to harvest the links and then filter out the d-o-follow, high pr and low obl links via Scrapebox or GScraper. Just watch the videos of "loopline" over youtube.

You can try with blogs that are using CommentLuv plugin - it's relatively "easy way". Good (but for some bad) thing is - almost all of them has moderation.
