What do you mean deleted blogs?
Your own? Or someone else's?
You can try, if its someone else's, the search engines cache...
Just go to a search engine, type in a phrase specific to that blog,
in quotes, it might have a cache if it was indexed.

What I mean is blogs that were deleted by blogger.

thanks for all the help, I am not trying to find one of my blogs just any blog that was deleted by blogger to see if it had good page rankings, if anyone knows I will share with them what I am doing.

thanks everyone, what I was trying to do was changed by blogger and can no longer be done.
U were able to regresiter deleted blogs at one time with good page rank but no more.
