Google search niche browser, this is a great free tool to hoard a lot of pdfs and other info to offer to people.
 
It depends on what kind of content your talking about? But there are some very good site the sell Master Resell Rights to thousands of products. So you can have everything from articles to software to training.
 
Try to find PLR or MLR content for your niche.

Once you have some positive cashflow, hire
some reputable writers to keep the pulse

you need to hire professional to create content for your membership website.
 
if you rely on other people for your content, you're not going to get too far. You should instead look at what you're good at and offer that. For example if you know coding, offer lessons. If you're good at art, more lessons. If you dont know anything then you need to *hire* someone to do it. Getting a freelancer or worse, paid articles, then you won't get too far
 
It'll depend on the niche really, but there's a few PLR membership sites with tens of thousands of products. Simply signup for one and give your members access to their content.
 
Same advice here:
Write, prepare content for at least 4 weeks (1 month), assuming your will deliver content once a week, this way, you are covered and are in advance of 1 month (during that time you prepare the content of the second month.
*Use high quality plr ebooks of videos, up to date and easy to follow, put your logo on them et voila.
*For text material, use the autoresponder only, for video material, use youtube hidden option (not public).
Cost: let's say 50usd because you are paying vip membership in 2 or 3 plr websites.

Do you want to get free content? I don't think it would be a good idea.
You can hire an expert content writer to write some high quality contents for your membership site.
 
Write it yourself. If you are not a writer then hire someone to do it for you.
 
Either create it yourself or buy it on fiver, BHW etc.
