As the title suggests, I'm interested in seeing who is an affiliate to my competitors.

I have all my competitors domains URL's so I'm good to scrape, but yet I can't quite figure out the best way to do this....

Of course, I can select 1 or 2 of them, see who links to them and then manually check who are their affiliates.

Is there a Google Dork or similar that could check for this?

Thanks!

At the max I have heard about spying traffic sources but affiliates no chance OP!

It is hard or impossible to extract all the affiliates. As you said that you can do that manually by checking their linking strategy, you can hire someone to build a scraping bot but it will cost you a lot.

Why not start your own affiliate program, there are many ways to grab affiliates to your business. You can be publishers for a CPA network and grow your business, only if your pay is Good/decent.

I heard that there is a program that found competitors creatives but damn I can't remember the name of this program((

That's one way, but more advanced affiliates usually mask their URL and don't direct link, so you probably won't get much. You could scrape URLs that mention your competitor's product/service/brand name (not link), scrape URLs from that page, and use a script to track the redirect path and see if they're affiliates. If you do this manually or will hire a VA for this, wheregoes.com is pretty good.

There's a few, but WhatRunsWhere worked very well for me in the past, although a little pricey. It'll give you the creatives, as well as what ad network they're using, site placements, etc.

Thanks as ever. Fantastic feedback. I also discovered a very nice hack which I will share: go to flippa.com and find a site that just sold (i.e. DD took place) and you can see if they do affiliate as their main driver of income.

Did you check to see if the affiliate links are masked/redirected? If not, that's a pretty easy way to see.. given you're familiar with affiliate network's individual links

did you tried ahref/alexa refering domains to the affiliate link ?
and just remembred DomDetailler also give you infos about refering domains
