How to find clients for YT Thumbnails

Disclaimer - I'm not trying to sell my services here so please don't ask for them and get me banned.

How can I find potential clients to make thumbnails on YouTube for as I've found and mastered an app in which you can make it quite easily.

P.S - I don't have enough funds yet to get Jr. VIP and sell here on BHW.
P.S - I'm looking for free ways (they can involve a lot of work)

Advertise on BHW
Target channels that post videos frequently.

Manually contact everyone on youtube who has a thumbnail you feel you can do better than.

Offer first one for free.

If your thumbnails are actually better and increase views they will ask you for more and you can charge them.

Message as in e-mail them?
Because I doubt how many channels know that there is a message feature on youtube and use it

Probably will do this.
What no. of subscribers do you think I should I target?

Subscribers dont matter so much, but probably the lower the better, it is frequency of video posting that matters more as it shows they are trying to get traction.
