i am sure you know this, but if y ou dont collect them a specific way then you can get fined. Now with that said...i have over 70 million cell phones with full name and address with full sourcing. let me know if you are interested.

There are plenty of ways to collect numbers. I don't think you'll get into trouble collecting thousands and thousands of numbers. The way, in which you use them, might cause a problem, but you should be alright. How many numbers do you need?

Its true that Public survey have a wide range of numbers.. medical center, academic institutions, they all have wide range of them as they are the primary needs of everyone generate believe in and get, If you need list of numbers than you should contact them and get list of numbers for marketing.

I also need SMS numbers, like 100k. I'm quite new, so I'm a bit confused too. cobaltblue87's iTrader rating is comprised of comments revolving around content (at which he/she is apparently really good). But how about the SMS numbers? How about others that asked "how many do you need?", "I can help you out", etc? Does anyone have any experience with them in terms of SMS numbers?

I one tried scraping facebook user IDs with a chrome addon and it included phone numbers for accounts that have made it public with it.
