    Hmm, well I don't think any blog software lets the user know, and it would vary between software, Wordpress and Textpattern have two completely different ways of letting the end user know they are allowed to use images, not to mention they can customize it anyway they want. For example, if BHW wanted to, they could edit this template, and change "[​IMG]
