How to find Bad-Backlinks

How to identify the bad-backlinks and how to remove them?
My site gone penalized,some of the low quality backlinks are pointing to my site.
Please suggest what should I do now?

3 basic steps:
1. For beggining read this : https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2648487?hl=en ,
2. Use "Linkquidator.com" ( "best bu"y bad links removal service).
3 And than use https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main
...or for more info Google terms : "disavow links" or "remove bad links" ... :)
 
You can also used removeem, i found this very usefull and we have tested with some of our sites. Then if does not work go use disvow links like Dany said then submit reinclusion request
 
MOZ, Aherfs, Majestic & risklink. You can collection of backlinks. Then, analyse natural backlinks vs. Spam Backlinks. Step 2: Contact Webmaster and then remove it.

Step 3: Contact google for consideration. Step 4: You're safe from "Google".
 
GWT to LRT Detox to disavow to painful outreach. Heard good things about remove'em too - the owner (Russ) is super legit.
 
I have used Link D-tox and it worked verry well for me. It gives you all the links sorted by risk and you can export lists for google webmaster tools Disavow links!
 
linkquidator.com will be a good solution for removing spam backlinks

If you're hit by a google update you won't receive any message from google. You can see only when there is Manual Webspam!
