Since many sites like my blog guest have been penalized for low quality content, I am trying to find authority sites I can submit blog posts too. I feel like 10 authority sites is better than 5000 crappy spammy my blog guest blogs. I am having trouble finding blogs to submit content to effectively. Many blogs say they accept, but it's a extremely long process of pitching, writing, submitting, hoping they accept. Does anyone know a better way to stream line this?

There is no short cut Im afraid. When looking to guest post I first build a relationship with the blogger. Comment on their site and email them to tell them how great they are, even offer to help with something for free on their site. Once you have been communicating you can then ask if you can write a post for them!

It takes a bit of time but the results are much better. You want to start by building a blogger outreach list. Basically list the blogs in your niche that you would like to guest post on. Then keep a record of their contact details. Domain Authority, Page Rank, number of twitter followers etc....

Then work at building relationships with them!!

Cool but too time consuming. But I guess that's what it takes to get quality backlinks...

Trevor no one wants your crappy articles (nothing personal), especially huge sites. You think you;re the only person sending pitches? They're sick of random pitchers. You need an inside man or a lot of money to enter these sites, that's how it's done today.

My Blog Guest? Pfff, they should have penalized that sites in the same package with BRM years ago

Simply search for your keywords at google and pick top 20 sites that come in SERP.
Contact owner of those sites and offer them high quality content.
Better content = higher percentage to get it on their sites.

Links on high quality sites/pages are usually not free, but they are worth every cent you invest in them...

Look for site on google that you like and see appear often for your niche and then contact them to see if they would offer to publish an article with a link back to your site.
