How to find an active Facebook group to do this method?

1/------How to find an active Facebook group to do this method?
2/------I have an fb account from an arabic IP does this affect finding groups I mean does search results for groups change from an country to other?

1. What method are you trying to do?
2. Yes, definitely. FB are showing you groups populated by people from your area first. If you'll scroll farther you will fing international and local ones from other locations, too.
 
Use the search bar on fb then select groups
Under the name of each group you will see number of members and how many post shared daily
 
Buy a fb profile or open a new one and login with us proxy or vpn and it'll show you different groups
 
If you want to find a group for a country , use that language search in the toolbar . You can still find it with your IP
 
The best method is by using Facebook's group directory. It allows you to search groups by keywords, location and category. To access it click on groups tab in left-hand menu and then click on discover to access the search tool. From there, you can enter the keywords of your interest and the country you are interested in to find relevent groups.

Depending on each account, there are accounts where you can change your country to other countries
you can try change if your account id can change it will be good for you
 
but if the account account has a spending history, it will be difficult to change the country as you want

Покажите скриншот, где это найти. Видимо эта штука доступна не для всех аккаунтов

you are right with accounts that have a spending history, it is almost impossible for us to change
 
ogin with us proxy or vpn and it'll show you different groups
 
there's a facebook tool which you can use to scrape Facebook groups of any niche & country
