Hello all,

I've been browsing this form but I've yet to come across a list of Affiliates looking for work. Does such a list exist, or how would I go about recruiting Affiliates for a company I've started.

Thanks for helping out a noob.

Social Media Marketing at facebook, twitter, pinterest and utube. Do you know SEO? If not read in SEO section.

Have an amazing weekend.

Hmm.. You might find some people in the hire/freelance section. (Look for those who are wanting to make money or are looking for ways to make money)

On the other hand, they might be inexperienced though.

If you're looking to take on people that are new to the game, try and set up a seminar/class/course that they would have to take in order to get the position.

I haven't gone out and hired people yet, but I'll have to pretty soon for a big project.

Best of luck.

Do prospective affiliates need to see you have a number of programs or can one offer be interesting to them if it is really right?

Although I haven't made any case studies on it, but IMO a single program is fine.

Simple and to the point is usually how affiliates like to operate.

Just don't be afraid to think outside the box.

You can create multi-tiered programs, separate individual programs, etc.. I'd say the perception of incentives is what's important.

At this point, I have one affiliate program, and am working with a couple affiliates found through existing contacts and networks. What I'm looking for is places where well qualified affiliates can be found so as to increase my affiliate base.

Then you may have to broaden your horizons a bit and look for more specialized Affiliate type forums/communities

Given that I spent many years running direct market companies and writing copy I might put one program together to see if that is the end of IM that I am most suited to. Thanks for the opinion.

No problem Tommy. You already have an advantage. You should be able to create some pretty enticing programs that would get affiliates running your way.

Best of luck to you.
