How to find affiliate for a performance network

Hi.
How or where do you find affiliate that work on performance without prepayment
My boss won’t allow me to prepay an affiliate they won’t me to find someone who can do a test and get paid after. Any ideas?

I never heard of affiliates getting prepaid. They are usually paid on a lead or sale basis, why would you pay them beforehand?

I`m always looking for new, interesting affiliate offers to promote, is it something worth buying?

I should hope so. I’m always looking for affiliates that have South African traffic ‍

South African traffic.. you either go for local influencers, or go for targeted traffic, like people knowing their way around Gads, or facebook ads, or any type of ads that enable you to target by country.. or, ultimately, ask Elon Musk to promote you, he's from South Africa, from what I know

Will keep that in mind. come to think of it. I could use affiliate that have lotto traffic
