How to find active users?

I'm just starting to learn Pinterest.
I need search active users in my niche. How can I do that?
Yes, I can find people who do new repin (see arrow on image), but I do not find what peoples comment or like this pin. Why?

Another question. I need to work with a boards in another language, such as German and English, I need to create a separate accounts for this or I can do everything with the same account?

Hello,

If you want find the active users means you can see the last activity of users
yes better you have to create new accounts for German and English

Why some pins with 30-50 thousand Repin have no comments? It is very strange.
Which strategy is more effective: follow to users or their boards or both?

I think you have it at the "/repins" or, nowadays, "/activity". By going to this page, (e.g. pinterest.com/pin/pin#/activity), you'll see actual accounts who repinned or like that particular pin#. Tho there's always a possibility of bot pins, there's a good chance of accounts being real live users.

no1 ever comments on pinterest - except bots and people who read commenting is increasing your organic followers. Same goes for sending messages.
don't confuse pinterest with instagram
