I'm currently looking for a VA and it was quite hard to find someone who would do a good job for moderate pay. So basically I'm asking for those who works with VA's and Freelancers, what are your tips and red flags for hiring a person for a job. Do you have any calls (google meets and etc.) before giving them the job? What is your standart procedure when looking for a perfect fit?
Please share any tips that you think would be valuable.
