How to filter out private accounts when sending following requests?

Can we use FL or any bots to filter out private accounts when following people? The issue of pending following request is so annoying. It consumes a large portion of my 7500 following limitation. Any better ideas/experience to solve it? Thanks to all masters!

just tick the box labeled "Ignore private users" in the scrape user settings on FL

That doesn't work it still follows private users...

Yup, that ignore private acc don't work either for commenting.
