How to Filter Linkedin Groups

Hi, we just reached the 20,000 max group limit on one of our linkedin groups and my manager wants me to remove people that are out of town and part of the financial industry. I don't have any way to do this with linkedin's built in tools, because Linkedin doesn't even have filter in their search feature.

Any ideas? A scraper even?

Yep, it is getting tough to filter all this groups. However I would recommend you to sort them by the latest activity (I hope this feature is still on as I’ve done this quite a long time ago). This way you can filter the dead groups and leave them. But there is no magic button to filter them out.
