how to fill the catagory in BMD

hi guys..
i need your help here,i used BMD and there were some scuttles/phpdug that required catagories
how to know the catagory from each site?and how to fill the catagory?

the best thing is do is go on those sites and find out what categories are available and pick the best ones,

if you are too lazy to do that, then just enter a most commonly used categories, for example, for my sites, it's "Technology" and I just enter technology, it's hit or miss type of thing, if it's HI PR, then i would manual check them.

easy...sort by those that require them......then select JUST those....left click and there is a blank towards the bottom....write in the categories , separated....then hit enter...will take a bit but that will do it
