How to file a case against Snapnames ?

i won an auction around a month back at snapnames and these guys have still not transfered the domain and they are no longer replying back to support messages ..


What can i do ??

Have you actually paid for it? Have you read the fine print? I've easily spent $30,000+ with godaddy and they still pull this stuff with me (although they obviously refund the money), chances are they're covered in the small print and likely do this sort of stuff because they have to.

yes obviously i have paid for them already....
