So, Spiffing Brit uploaded a new video yesterday on how to convince YouTube's database that your private video actually has thousands to hundreds of thousands of likes before it's even published. Put simply, it's using an auto-clicker on the like/dislike buttons at the same time on your phone.
I tried it on one of my scheduled videos and managed to push its likes up to 39 before it stopped. I've tried it on a variety of my other scheduled videos, but I can't seem to replicate either his success. or my own. Has YouTube fixed this? If not, have any of you had better success with other settings?
The settings I tried was multi-targetted auto clicker. Profile 1 on the like button and profile 2 on the dislike button.
Profile 1 on 5 milliseconds start delay, 0 milliseconds end delay, and 15 milliseconds duration
Profile 2 on 5 milliseconds start delay, 0 milliseconds end delay, and 5 milliseconds duration
For those confused, the trick is apparently to try and get the database to register negative likes.
