It's easy to fake referrals but it requires work. Manual work like vps's, proxies, and a few little tools. Maybe there is a service in the marketplace, you can find pretty much anything there.

Blackhat is good for learning but blackhat practice will never satisfy you for good. Stop doing faking - go negotiate with AM or move to another aff network having same offer.
