you could use a service like unrefer or hiderefer to hide your referrer.

OK, it got a little bit more complicated - the CPA network I am using also have tracking that comes with their affiliate links - I think its a php generated image that comes in with the code.
So Am i right in thinking I cannot use php redirect with this? Because as I understand it, you cant show any html before the redirect appears in PHP - otherwise it shows an error?

the way I have done at the moment is I have a html page with meta refresh set to 1 second, then I include the full affiliate link on that page - along with the image that they use for tracking, then it redirects to the affiliate link after 1 second.

Its a bit slow though, is there a better way?

Redirect with 301 or 302 from Domain A to domain B. Redirect by javascript (on page load) from domain B to the CPA network. Result - CPA will see domain B in the referer.
