You can use a proxy or VPN to change the location, avoiding cases where too many users in the same location will be marked.
Or use the utility in the google chrome store to fake IP
or you can use 1.1.1.1
 
You need a rooted phone and an additional app to hide that. Then on playstore there are map mock locations app use that to adjust gps to anywhere.
 
If you have a rooted iphone you can easily do this with locsim tweak. It changes the location of your phone globally. Then you can use a proxy along with that.

You can use a VPN if that works then you are lucky. Or you must need a 4g/5g mobile proxy. still if you face issues you have to create new account using USA number while connected on a USA mobile proxy.

You can try a VPN but it is very hard to fake this all time. They have very strict control on this in order to fight against spammers.
