how to fake facebook comments on landing page?

you know, when you scroll down and there are fake comments saying how good the product is, is there a way to fake that? or do they post comments and upvote them with likes for real? cause the accounts and likes are real, any clue how to do that?

Either that or they pay someone to comment. I have seen also images of comments, like a screenshot, you can also do that.
