I would like to run a similar competition to generate more followers but I'm not sure how it could be organised. I've tried contacting the owner of the page but they are not getting back to me.

I would like to know, please:

1. Are these types of competitions of any use to get more followers.
2. How can you tell who has met all 4 conditions?

1. Yes because people share the post on their timeline and then people on their timeline share it.
2. When you pick a winner make sure they did all of the steps. If they didn't they can't win

Hi. Thank you for attempting to answer my questions. The second part asks "How can you tell who has met all 4 conditions". So how can the page admin see who has met all 4 conditions to allow them to choose a winner.
