How to extract someone's followers ? Is it possible ?

In my local area, there is guy who has over 10,000 followers. I'm not sure if they are legit but he runs a telemarketing company, so they quite possibly are. Is there any method/techniques/tools that I could use to extract his followers and then use a tool to automatically start following them ?

Sorry if this question sounds stupid but I'm not really a big user on Linkedin in all honesty.

You can not scrape followers directly.
You have to be connected with the person.
