anybody know a program or site that can extract mass emails from a text file as well as remove the duplicate emails?

i would suggest to use Excel. Just go on a Excel Forum and post your request, the nice guys over there will simply write you a VBA, that should work.

If you would post an example of that text file (blur emails), then it might be possible someone from here can help you in right way.

For duplicate removal, if you've scrapebox then you can do it with that.

I've only used for urls but it might work for email addresses. Download the Scrapebox 2 beta, load in one list then choose under the "Import URL list" tab "Select the URL lists to compare". This will delete any urls/email addresses found in the already loaded list
