email or ids? i use email to send messages. And with ids?

Are you trying to extract facebook emails or real emails that people use to sign up? FB Lead Chef lets you extract Facebook IDs, and i'm not sure whether the emails extracted are the real ones or Fb ones.

I haven't understood yet if emails extracted are only fb emails or also emails people decided to show public in their profile.
