How to Exporting Individual WordPress Plugin Settings to Multiple Sites?

Hello WordPress friend!
I have a question regarding exporting plugin settings how to save & export them?
What I want for example is to export from for a site the settings of a plugin ( like TranslatePress...) and export them to another sites easily any idea?
( Of course when there is no option from the plugin to export the setting)
I already use manage-wp which is great for the bulk install.

I found some plugin like Duplicator or All-in-One WP Migration but it is "everything" solution for a full website so it is not what i am looking for.

I think I've seen something like this on MainWP. They have a plugin (called Boilerplate I believe, but I'm not sure) that allows duplicating stuff on other sites
 
I'm thrilled to share that I've found a solution that seems to work well!

First, I'm going to set up a 'Master' Wordpress installation. This installation will have all the settings I need.

Next, I'll use the Duplicator plugin to replicate these settings across multiple sites.

I hope this helps anyone else who's been struggling with the same issue.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this discussion. Your insights were invaluable in leading me to this solution.

Exporting plugin settings without a built-in export feature can be tricky. You can try manual export/import, custom code, or backup plugins
The plugin settings are stored in the WP database, so you always have the option to export it manually
 
You right,
it was no possible to export plugin by plugin easily so finally i clone one "Exemple" Wordpress to my other new website!

Some plugins store their settings in the WordPress database. If the settings are relatively simple and stored in the database, you can manually export the relevant data from one site's database and import it into another site's database.
