Keyword density is how many times the keyword appears on the page, well you know the theory so basically, the ideal keyword density is 1-2% there are many tools available, post your content there and it will generate the ideal keyword density for you. and honestly nowadays, I don't even care about keyword density, just don't stuff keywords and write engaging content.
