How to evaluate and buy backlinking services?

Hi!
I've decided to outsource some backlinking so I can focus on building sites and content.

I understand this field is thick with scammers, so I want to educate myself a little before proceeding.
How do I locate a serious, money-worth backlinking service?
What "quality indicators" am I looking for?
What to expect from a good backlinking process?
What's the general expense?

I DON'T WANT this to become a thread where you all sell your backlinking service. I just want to know how to be a good and educated buyer.

Make sure the service provider offers a full report. Ask for a sample of the type of links they will provide. Make sure they ask for your anchor text, if they don't ask for anchor text, there is a problem. General cost is $0.01 to $0.15 per link depending on the PR/authority of the site the link is placed on and how big of an order you make.

The best way is to just search through the extensive reviews here of backlinking services. This is the good thing with BHW if a service is good you will find out and the same goes if the service is crap you will also find out.

If ever I am emailed a product to buy or come across something I always come to BHW and either read about the product or find it here in the download section.

So just go to the linking section and read through some of the honest here.

Okay be sure to ask lots and lots of questions, when i was asking question after question to this dude who did backlinking services he stopped replying me after i askd me 7th question lol, so yea ask, ask, ask

7 questions before buying a backlinking service that you researched before contacting the guy?!?!?
Wow, he has about 5 more questions worth of patience for you than I would have had.

You hire a linkbuilder to save time, then you waste his time by making him spend half a day answering 7 emails and you haven't even bought his service? That says a ton.
